On December 5th ,2023, the Grade Six GIC students took part in the Aptis Test.Aptis is an innovative global English assessment tool developed by the British Council.

Most of the students got satisfying scores in the test. There were totally 39 students who took part in the Aptis Test. The average score of the test is 144, which is higher than the average score over the last three years. One of the students got 189 in the test, which equals to a C in CEFR. Five students got B2. Moreover, 25 students achieve B1.

Why did the students get such good marks in this test？ That’s not only because the students studied hard and got the effective ways to prepare the Aptis test but also because their teachers put great efforts and energy to help the students practice reading, listening, writing and oral English. Thanks to their teachers’ professional training, all the students walked into the classroom to take part in the test very confidently.

Huamei school are so proud of having those excellent students and professional teachers. Also, the students are so proud of having such outstanding scores. Especially when they saw their amiable Huamei teachers and high quality of examination arrangement, they were relaxed and so proud of being a Huamei school student.
