As a young teacher, I would like to summarize my teaching thoughts in the recent stage. I sincerely request your criticism and guidance!

Firstly,  teaching and learning are mutually beneficial. Teachers, lifelong learning is a necessary. It is more for teaching and educating students, making full use of favorable online materials, improving myself, and applying teaching.

Seceondly, interest is the starting point. Learning requires interest, especially in language learning. Interest will drive persistence and stimulate enthusiasm for learning. Students with poor English grades often lack interest in learning. How to enhance students' interest in learning English is very important. This requires paying attention to students' preferences, social hot topics, etc.

Thirdly, the method is channels. Learning not only enriches students' minds, but also cultivates their emotions. However, it is also for the sake of certain exam taking, more competition for further education and the future life. At the same time, developing interests and hobbies cannot be ignored.

Fourth, persist is the guarantee. Everyday input is required for listening, speaking, reading, and writing in order that students can have enough output. Language learning requires long-term accumulation and practice. The effect of fishing for seven days and drying the net for three days is estimated to be poor. This requires that morning and evening reading and homework should be fully and effectively utilized.

Fifth, vocabulary is necessary. The foundation of English is vocabulary. From elementary school to high school, if students lack vocabulary, they will face phenomena such as not understanding and even becoming tired of learning English. At this point, more skills and interest are needed to accumulate vocabulary. Listening to English songs, watching English dramas, American dramas, high-quality Oscar movies, cartoons, bilingual books, etc. can all accumulate vocabulary.

Sixth, classroom discipline is the guarantee. The teaching process is an important place for students to receive new knowledge. If the classroom is noisy or too dull, the teaching effect will not be very good.

Seventh, finally, as a teacher, a passionate heart, simple teaching and research spirit, interesting teaching style and personality are important qualities that attract children. As a teacher, I will do my best and have no regrets. As an old Chinese saying goes,“Road obstruction and long line will be to line and not compose, the future can be”.
