Job Details:

1)    Job Description

·           Implement English teaching under the guidelines of school-based curriculum standard

·           Carry out teaching activities with professional teaching methodology to support the overall development of students

·           Participate in teaching research activities and collaborative lesson planning with team members.

·           Communicate with parents when necessary

2)  Main Responsibilities:

·           Standard teaching periods: 30 periods/week (40 minutes per period, from Monday to Friday, except for holidays);

·           Work in the office for at least two hours per day and attend relevant meetings Monday through Friday.

·           Work on occasions such as the weekends due to school teaching adjustments, school open days, the anniversary of the school, or any special promotional work.

3) Qualification Requirements

·           Bachelor degree or above

·           Native English speakers

·            2 years or more relevant Kindergarten teaching experience

·            Meet other requirements for Z visa application

·           Passion for teaching, open-minded and be willing to experience different cultures

·           Good at teaching Language Art.

4)   Compensation:

·           Excellent annual salary: 240,000 – 400,000 RMB per school year (based on experience & qualifications)

·           Work Visa and Residence Permit: the school will arrange a work visa and residence permit for the teacher;

·           Accommodation options: Teacher’s Apartment or Housing Allowance

·           Summer and Winter Holiday: Full Pay. 3 days off for Christmas (from December 24 to December 26)

·           Health insurance: High-end Commercial Medical Insurance;

·           Teaching Bonus: based on teaching evaluation results at the end of the school year.
