All students wish to do well and make progress in their study. When a student encounters difficulty in his study, what he needs the most is encouragement and help. It has been proved that students can sense the happiness of accomplishment and become motivated from the teacher’s affirmative remarks, appreciative smile, or a gesture of satisfaction. Learning starts from thinking, and thinking originates from queries. When students discover problems and pose queries, they are thinking actively. At the same time of developing students’ ability to pose queries, their desire to query and their confidence in posing queries should be encouraged. The teacher should create a favorable, democratic, equal, and harmonious atmosphere in the classroom. Queries from the students should be encouraged because that is an indication that students are learning seriously. Students who express different ideas in classroom shall be praised. When the ideas they express are wrong, their mistakes should be corrected but their bravery to express ideas should be affirmed. It is strongly not advisable to force the students to buy the teacher’s ideas blindly and think the way the teacher thinks. Learning starts from queries. If the students do not have their questions, then they would not be creative. Encouraging queries motivates students to learn and develops their creative thinking effectively.
