How To Deal With Depression

Depression, a topic that sounds near to usbut sometimes far away from us. We have heard from this topic thousands oftimes, but we don't seem to know it very much. So, what is depression?

Depression is a kind of mental illness.Depression is caused in many big cities. People would get inferiority, andwould start to think that living on earth was torture to live. Depression is abig question almost everywhere in the world. In Huamei, it was also a bigproblem for students. Most of the reason is the pressure of the test and workin school. And for some students, pressure from society can also causedepression. But what does depression cause?

Depression can cause lack of motivation instudies and may lead to suicide thinking. Anxiety would use all of thestudents' minds and so they have no mind on studying.

All things are considered evidence. For ourgroup, we did a poll in the class.
And the result is present in the picture below:   

We also interviewed a teacher at ourschool. And some of his interview quotes are “If a student didn’t have strongfriendships in this school, or if a student didn’t have a strong relationshipwith their teacher and their parents, this can also lead to a difficultsituation. ", Every person is unique, and no two people had the sameexperience with mental illness. So I think that if a person has anxiety or theperson might have depression, it’s very important to listen to that person andgive them the help that they need.”

Our teammate, Justin wrote an essay about MentalHealthiness. Below is his essay:

Mental health is a heated topic in ourtimes, around 450 million people get mental health illnesses, but a quantity ofpeople who do not pay attention to it as they think it is not a serious thing.On no account should we not attach importance to mental illness. Therefore, weintend more people to learn more knowledge to guard against mental illness aswell as recognize whether you have.

Anthropology has discovered that fear,happiness, sadness and surprise are universally reflected in facial expression.It indicates you are able to dispose of your emotions easily, but there are afew emotions concealed in your inner heart unconsciously. If it keeps a longtime, it will turn into a massive accumulation. Most depression patients whohave been suffering from depression are in this way.

Above all, recognition of yourselves is themost significant affair, since detecting a disease early is rewarding to heal.Quite a few sentences of what you have said, for instance, “How annoying itis!  "" Everything is my fault!"" I am a loser!” Those are typical omens to mirror clearly that perhapsyou get mental illness, just basic reflections, perceive your state includingappetite, work efficiency and sleep quality. Within a short space of time,these indexes decline extremely, expressions of you are close to the brink, butdon’t be terrified of it, regulate emotions instantly, communicate with someonewho you believe, find a doctor to check you. 

How to prevent or solve it? Exercising isone of the best methods to analyze emotions, not only boosting energy but alsodefending against many diseases and health conditions. Love can pull us fromswale, whatever family or love affections, more communication and expressionwill spur your emotions, accompanied by each person who needs it forever.

Besides inner cure, technology is comingwith the advent of science, such as electroconvulsive therapy, Neuro CyberneticProsthesisSystem, repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation and so on. In myperspective, technology is dreadful as it provokes patient’s brain, speeds upmetabolism forcibly, which is ill to patient. Consequently, I am frown ontechnology, advised refusing technology, mood is not changed by mechanic, thereis no doubt that our scientists do it incapably, at least now.

Mental illness has a huge detriment to ourbody, attacked our spirit, next aim body, enable patient in agony. They will havestomachache, tiredness, dizziness and the other symptoms. Each patient revealsdisparate symptoms, simultaneously abides different pain.


Thereis little doubt that we should focus on our mental health as show your concernand love to depression patients. Adhere your belief, believe love is stillalive, forever.

      

At last, we called people to use theirsympathy, and to help people with mental illness. Having a better solution tothe problem is something we're always looking for, for us and our school, westill have a long way to walk.
