On the 27^th of August, we hadthe new staff orientation for 2020-2021 school year.  The general Principal, Rocky Chen, English& International Programs Director, Serene Chen and the principals and leadteachers from each division all participated in this training.

Rocky Chen gave the welcome speech to all theteachers on board. Serene gave a brief introduction of the school culture,curriculum and the teaching values. After that we had an ice breaking activitywhich also reveals the importance of effective communication at work. Then HRand IEO went through some legal and visa issues that teachers might have when workingin Guangzhou. At the end, some lead teacher and staff representatives gave somethe tips of working in Huamei as well as living in Guangzhou.

It was a quite informative orientation andwe hope teachers can start a new journey in Huamei.
