Guangzhou Huamei International School,founded in 1993 by a group of returned overseas Chinese scholars fromCanada, Accredited by the Chinese governmental education departments, our school nowranks one of the best private boarding schools in Guangdong Province.

We provide professional education programs ranging from kindergarten to Grade12(K-12):  Kindergarten, Elementary School (Grade 1 through 6), and the Middle School (Grade 7 through 12).

1.Qualifications

• Native English speakerfrom Canada, USA, UK and Australia are preferable.
• Bachelor degree or above,teaching certificates are necessary *
• Background insubjects as math, physics, chemistry or liberal arts. *
• Teachingexperience above 2 years is preferable.
• Good command ofcommunication skill
• Passion for teaching and experiencing different cultures
• Good health and friendly personality

2. Salary: Salaryscales for program teachers are based on teachers’ educational background andwork experience as bellow:

250000RMB/year(before tax )as starting point and 10000RMB/year (before tax)added with the increase of work experience/year..

The contractis 12 months among which work months are little less than 10 months, 2 months are holiday months.

3.  Benefits

• Work Visa and Residence Permit: The school will arrange work visa and residencepermit for the teacher.
• Medical Insurance: The school offers advanced medical insurance
• Airfare: To reimburse 1500-2000 USdollars for the teacher’s economy classround trip airplane ticket upon completion of the contract.
• Housing Accommodation: The School will provide a furnished apartment withfurniture and appliances. Next contract year school can offer rentingallowance.
• Teaching Bonus: Range from RMB 2000-7000 based on teaching evaluationresults at the end of school year

4.  Teacher’sWorkload

Workload is 28-30teaching periods (40 minutes per period).
