"Guangzhou Night" sparks at Guangzhou Investment Conference

Guangzhou Investment Conference embraced a special event "Guangzhou Night" on March 27, giving over 200 participants from home and abroad the chance to relish the charm of Guangzhou through folk performance with traditional Ling-nan Style.
Wen Guohui, Mayor of Guangzhou, delivered a speech during "Guangzhou Night". Chen Jianhua, Director of Standing Committee of Guangzhou Municipal People's Congress attended the event.
On behalf of Guangzhou CPC committee and Guangzhou Government, Wen warmly welcomed guests from companies, financial organizations, R&D institutes, universities, international consultants and Consulate-General in Guangzhou from foreign countries.
Wen indicated that the conference is always a place where government officers introduce new strategies and opportunities while enterprises express their viewpoints and present new projects.
Guangzhou, a city with a long history and rich resources, has been called "flower city" and "gourmet capital". Wen hoped that guests can communicate with each other and create new ideas, while enjoying wonderful performances.
