My name is Jiang Xu or Doris as my students called me. It is a great honor for me to work in Huamei’s Middle School. I have been working here for 6 months. Themoment I stepped into the camps, I felt so excited. I was attracted by itsbeautiful environment, which brought me a good mood to work. 

Withthe help of the teachers and experts, I have grown up. I need to learn something continuously and keep growing with strong passion. Learning advanced teaching methods and laying a good foundation for future study. The teaching theory of 3S is an advanced education concept and leads us forward. I can help students develop their interest and attract them to enjoy the process of learning English. Working in Huamei has been a fantastic experience. Wish for a better future of Huamei.
