How to Keep FitWhile studying on line at home

Because ofCovid-19, all students couldn’t go to school nowadays. They have to stay athome and have lessons on line. They also have to do the under-line homework bythemselves. So that’s a problem for the kids to keep their eyes and bodyhealthy. As we know kids like playing mobile phones and computer games. This isa chance for them to play with them unless they are well disciplined. But howto keep them behave well. Of course we have the guidance from school for thekids already.


First classesshould not be more than twenty minutes each. The kids’ eyes couldn’t stare atthe mobile phones or computers for too long time. And try not to play with themexcept studying.


Secondly pay moreattention to the teachers while having lessons on line. Do not chat withclassmates or type anything which are not connected with  lessons.


Thirdly play moresport at home. They can choose some proper activities that they can do at home.Doing housework is also a good way to relax after studying. Different peoplehave different ways to keep fit, Exercise is the most important way to kitfit. The powers of a steady fitness routine are impressive:regular exercise can help you build stronger muscles, stave off chronicillnesses, and make your clothes fit a whole lot better.


Fourthly having a gooddiet is also a good way to keep fit. What is healthy diet? To the most people,healthy diet means more green foods, no junk foods. The green food is thosepollution-free, high quality and nutrient food, including the organicvegetables and meats, fruits, eggs and so on. The meals of healthy diet shouldbe cooked with fewer salt and oil. And the junk food is those low nutrition,high calorie, processed food with much salt or oil, such as the fries, friedchickens, salted eggs and so on. These foods will cause one get weight andincrease the risk of many diseases. We should keep a healthy diet, abandon thejunk food to keep ourselves healthy.


In addition,looking on the bright side. Healthy people are more optimistic than unhealthy people. They don’t waste time and energy complaining. If they think they need to make achange in their life, they do it. They know that a positive mental attitudegoes a long way toward promoting other healthy behaviors in their lives. Sohave a brighter feel everyday. That makes you fit.
